Based in Brighton, an artistic hub on England’s south east coast, the agency has been securing opportunities for clients in London and around the UK for more than a decade.
CBL Management is a member of the Personal Managers’ Association, a membership organisation for agents who represent actors, writers and directors working in film, television, theatre and radio.

CBL Management Team
Claire Carpenter, Beth Eden, and Linda Edwards are the team behind CBL Management.
Claire Carpenter has extensive experience across the entertainment industry, as an actress, musical director, vocal coach, casting director, and partner for a London talent agency.
She’s been a performer on London’s West End stages, toured and worked in rep across the UK and abroad, and narrated audio books, so knows first hand the highs and lows CBL Management’s clients face every day.
Beth Eden’s work as casting director and director has encompassed West End shows through to national and international tours and ten rep seasons for P&O Cruises. She’s also a lyricist, who co-wrote the song One True Love for Marti Pellow’s ‘Love to Love – Volume II’ album and contributed to many stage vocal pieces. In addition, she has worked as general manager for Michael Harrison Entertainment.
Linda Edwards became the youngest production manager in the country at age nineteen, and spent the next thirty years working in company and stage management and lighting design, with extensive experience in repertory, touring and the West End.
In 1994, she founded London’s Landor Theatre, which she then ran for nine years.
Linda also spent six years as full time course co-ordinator at the Italia Conti Academy, and retains a close affiliation with the famous London drama school.
