Network Artist Management

Network Artist Management is a talent agency based in Edinburgh, representing Actors, Dancers and Musical Theatre performers for work in the UK and internationally in theatre, cruise entertainment, and screen productions. 

Originally opened as MGA Management in 2005 and renamed in 2020, Network Artist Management has a roster of adult performers. It also represents children and a roster of performers who are currently in training at The MGA Academy of Performing Arts, Scotland’s only fully-accredited college with the UK’s Council for Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre (CDMT).

Network Artist Management is a member of the Personal Managers’ Association (the PMA), an organisation which promotes quality standards and practices amongst its membership network of agents who represent actors, directors and writers.

Don’t make unsolicited phone calls or office visits. Nearly all agencies actively dislike them because it wastes everyone’s time and interrupts the important work of finding jobs for represented clients. If you personally approach agencies when they have asked for email submissions only, it means you don’t take on board simple instructions, so may not have the right skills for working with casting directors and production directors.

The Network Artist Management Team

Drew Gowland and Murray Grant opened the MGA Management talent agency back in 2005, with Tabith Watson and Marcella MacDonald joining them as Directors in 2018. The agency was renamed Network Artist Management in October 2020, when the original founders stepped away from the business.

Tabitha Watson

Role: Managing Director & Head Agent

Training: Musical Theatre

Experience: 2 years as a performer, several years working for MGA Management in Edinburgh and SEA Personal Management in London before becoming an Agent and then Agency Director at MGA Management. Managing Director of Network Artist Management from early 2021. Also regularly teaches the next generation of performers at the The MGA Academy of Performing Arts and at Professional Development workshops for various schools throughout the UK.
