About Amy O’Neill

Thrive Talent’s Managing Director Amy O’Neill graduated from Mountview Academy of Arts in 2001. She then spent almost nine years working as an actor.

Moving into the talent agency business, Amy first joined IT&M and then became an agent at the Jonathan Arun Group (JAG). Over the next decade, she progressed within the group to Director.

It was during the dark days of the pandemic that Amy bravely launched her own talent agency, with a select list of experienced performers.

Thrive Talent Client

Thrive Talent client Grace Hogg-Robinson is one of the stars of BBC comedy series ‘Flatmates’. In the award winning 2019 feature film ‘Days of the Bagnold Summer’, she plays Katie.
