Coulter Hamilton Rae is a talent agency based in London and Glasgow, run by Julie Hamilton and George Rae.

Coulter Hamilton Rae (CRH) represent performers for work on stage and screen. They also run a Young Performers roster.

In addition, Coulter Hamilton Rae runs a Voices division, whose experienced voiceover artists work from high quality, homemade studios and regularly feature in animation, gaming, commercials, documentaries and audio books.

The agency was first created in 1996 as Coulter Management Agency 1996, by Anne Coulter. Julie Hamilton joined as an agent and partner there in 2012, becoming Managing Director in 2016. George Rae first joined the agency in 2019, and after becoming a partner a year later the name was changed to Coulter Hamilton Rae.

Coulter Hamilton Rae ltd is a member of the Personal Managers’ Association, a respected membership organisation for personal managers and talent agents.

Julie Hamilton has many years experience as an actor, director, theatre school principal and young talent agent. She joined Anne Coulter at the Coulter Management Agency (CMA) in 2012, and became Managing Director four years later.

George Rae was a performer for more than eighteen years, appearing in London’s West End and on Broadway. He also taught at most of London’s prestigious theatre schools. In 2019 he joined the Coulter Management Agency (CMA) as musical theatre and London consultant, becoming agent and partner the following year. 

Gary Hamilton runs Glasgow’s biggest theatre school, Stagecoach Performing Arts. Since 2012 he has also been the team’s Young performers agent.

Office Manager Fran Bloomer supports the agency team, along with Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and Goldsmiths graduate Ally Saxon, who works as an Assistant.
