Identity Agency Group is a leading London based talent agency, focused on a client roster of diverse, groundbreaking talent working across Theatre, Television and Film in the UK and internationally.
In 2006 actor-writer Femi Oguns, who handed out flyers to young people around London offering the chance to learn at the UK’s first ever Black-centric drama school, launched IAG to get students into paid work at a time when agents and casting directors often overlooked diverse talent.
Since then IAG has become one of the leading talent agencies in the UK, known for its diverse and highly talented actors, and is also finding success in Los Angeles.
Oguns wanted to foster an environment where actors would be judged on their merit and ability rather than the color of their skin.
Deadline
About 85% of current clients graduated from the Identity School of Acting (IDSA), where exceptional students are offered representation with the IDSA division of IAG. It’s a stepping stone to full representation with IAG.
Award nominations and wins for IAG clients have come from the Academy Awards, BAFTAs, Golden Globe Awards, Emmy Awards, Critics’ Choice Awards, Olivier Awards, British Independent Film Awards and EE Rising Star Awards.
The IAG US Division, known as IAG Los Angeles, was launched in 2011. The team works in partnership with leading industry powerhouses, including WME, UTA, Gersh, and ICM.
In 2018, Femi Oguns opened the Los Angeles branch of the Identity Acting School, with the aim of delivering quality training and expanding opportunities for diverse US talent.
In addition, the agent-producer-entrepreneur has acquired a London theatre to add to the high quality training environment for Identity School of Acting students.
During 2020-2021 teaching via zoom was delivered to students around the world.
IAG’s production division is being planned, to create content with the talent they have trained and represented.
Identity Agency Group is a member of the PMA (Personal Managers’ Association), a network of agents representing actors, writers and directors, whose members promote high quality standards in the profession.

Seeking Representation?
Identity Agency Group is a leading agency representing household names, lead actors, and Hollywood studio actors.
The majority of their breakthrough talent comes through their training programme at the Identity School of Acting, with the first stage of representation via the IDSA Talent division of IAG.
You cannot join IDSA Talent without attending the Identity School of Acting.
Not all students at the Identity School of Acting are offered representation with IDSA Talent. It is an invitation only process.
The IDSA Talent clients who develop well can then be invited to transfer to the main IAG roster.
This is not an agency for beginners without training or experience. They do not encourage unsolicited requests for representation.
